Hotel Pollux - Zermatt

The location is perfect, just steps away from the train station. The on-site spa was a chill spot after a long day of skiing, and we loved having our own balcony to soak in the views. The cozy lobby bar added a great vibe to our evenings.

The room was well-appointed with a different Internet connection, a great view of the Matterhorn plus a balcony and the breakfast was marvellous. The location was handy, within a close distance from Photopoint Kirchbrucke bridge.

We loved being in this property. Exceptionally attentive staff and excellent location to all major cable cars, everything was perfect. Our room was very well decorated and provided with bathrooms and views of the Matterhorn from the balcony, as example. It was nice to find coffee & tea making machines and glassware. Location: the hotel was just next door to train station and central Zermatt and the mountain. The place was minute walk from China Garden, where you can have dinner...

Location is fantastic, just steps from the train station. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh choices and made-to-order options. Friendly staff.

Rooms can get warm without proper cooling, and noise from the street could disturb your sleep, especially in rooms facing the main road.

The hotel is very well located in the center of the town just 3 minutes walk from train station and bus station. The staff is incredibly nice. The rooms are of a good size and are clean and confortable.

We had a lovely family getaway at this hotel! The location was amazing, just a short stroll from the train station. Our room had a cozy balcony where we enjoyed fine views of the Matterhorn, and the breakfast was good with a wide selection of options.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if there were more accessible dining options for families with young kids.

It had central location close to Hohbalmen. A shopping street and great stores were right next door.

The room was fine but due to the disco below it was impossible to sleep between 12 and 4 at night. Given the price of the room, the hotel was absolutely very bad (one of the worst experiences I ever had - and I am traveling weekly).

The staff at the Hotel Pollux was outstanding. The location was also a plus as you are close to the train station and all the Matterhorn as that was our main reason for our stay in Zermatt..

Rooms modern and beautiful, exactly as the website showed. Minor cleanliness issues with the carpet, although nothing we haven't seen in much more expensive hotels.We thought this was a very good location to the most interesting parts of Nice and will without question stay here again.

The breakfast was savoury and substantial with fresh fruits, hot sausages and also bacon, the staff was extremely helpful and very helpful;))
